Pre - K Daily Schedule Pre – K Schedule 11:55 – 12:05 p/up children from AM Pre-K - Bathroom 12:05 PM DC GO TO LUNCH 12:30 – 12:50 Restroom 12:50 – 1:20 Story, Group time, calendar, weather, job choices for the day 1:10 – 2:30 Choice time and project. We use a choice board during this time. The children are given 6 choices each day of areas that are open to them at this time. In each area there is room for 1 to 4 children. The children put their name in the area of their choice. They are free to move in these 3 areas at this time. During this time the teacher will also have a planned activity that goes with their theme for the week. This will also be a choice for the children. 2:30 – 3:00 Outside/bathroom 3:00 – 3:20 Rest. We ask that the children lay quietly; books will be an option to look at during this time. The children that fall asleep we will let continue. The children that are awake will get up. 3:30 – 3:40 Mary Jo will drop off Pre – K’s that are going home and pick up kindergarteners 3:30 – 4:15 Snack and Outside 4:15 – 5:15 Group time/Choice time 5:15 – 6:00 All children in the main room Choice time
