My name is Joe Flahavan. This my eleventh year of teaching sixth grade and my seventh year at Randolph Heights.  Prior to Randolph Heights I taught at Hazel Park Middle School on St. Paul’s East Side. I was a banker at U.S. Bank for ten years before starting my teaching career.

I am married.  My wife teaches Physical Education and Health at Capitol Hill Magnet School in Saint Paul.  I enjoy reading about history, running, playing soccer and golf.
