Randolph Heights School is a Professional Development School in partnership with the College of St. Catherine. Throughout the school year teacher candidates from St. Catherine assist faculty at RHS with students' literacy development. College professors work with Dr. Flynn and RHS faculty to focus teacher candidates' work on RHS SCIP goals. Dr. Flynn and RHS teachers will also join St. Catherine Teacher Education faculty as well as the principal and faculty from Highland Park Elementary school to study and discuss the book: Closing the Achievement Gap.
