Innisbrook Fundraiser
The Innisbrook Fundraiser is held each year in the fall. A coordinator is needed for next year (2010), to work with the Innisbrook folks and manage this very important fundraiser. This is a 3-Stage process: Getting ready for the sale, collecting orders/counting money at the end of the sale and delivery of products. Green Team
Help “green” Randolph Heights by assisting in any of the following ways. Contact person is Mary McCallum at 651-698-8063, maryq@bitstream.net.
§ Help coordinate individual lesson plans with a homeroom teacher or help conduct an enrichment-cluster class on a green topic (you will be given guidance, age appropriate lessons and materials).
§ Help organize a “Green Fair” Evening this spring at RH. Green Fair will include activities, lessons, props, games, snacks and prizes.
§ Brainstorm to come up with ways we can be more efficient in all areas of life at RH; recycling, reducing cafeteria and classroom waste, playground trash, “greening” our school events and fundraisers, etc.
Silent Auction

Randolph Heights Apparel
Coordinate the purchase and sale of Randolph Heights Gear (t-shirts, sweatshirts, flannel pants, etc). This would include choosing items to order, placing/receiving order, selling items and keeping inventory. Contact Stephanie Lonetti for more information: steph_amnuel@hotmail.com, or 651-224-5310.
Garden Club

Room Parent
This is a new role that we are trying to establish, to create a welcoming environment for all parents at Randolph Heights. Several possible responsibilities for this role: contact new parents to welcome them and answer any questions, attend PTA monthly meetings and e-mail any important highlights to class parents and teacher, communicate with teachers about their needs in the classroom and make sure PTA is aware of them, remind parents through e-mail of upcoming school events and answer any questions they may have about the event, create a parent/child directory, maybe plan a parents’ night out for socializing.
