I am in my 21st year of teaching. I have taught 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 6th grades here in St. Paul as well as in Philadelphia. I am married and live in the Merriam Park neighborhood of St. Paul. My son, Sean, is 21 years old and is finishing his final year of college. My wife and I are avid amateur paleontologists. Many students at Randolph Heights have toured the famous Bones and Stones museum in our basement where the remains of ancient dinosaurs, petrified wood, mammals and sea creatures reside. I also love to compete in triathlons. I can often be spotted running, biking and swimming all over St. Paul and beyond. I love teaching children and appreciate our very special learning community at Randolph Heights Elementary School.
