Randolph Heights was established as a Saint Paul public school in 1912. Our current building was constructed at the urging of parents and the community in 1916. Our school has had from its inception a strong foundation created by parent and community involvement. The school in 1916 served kindergarten through eighth grade. At Randolph Heights we currently educate students in kindergarten through sixth grade.
